Teresa Monaghan is the perfect buying and selling agent! We purchased the house with Teresa Monaghan as our agent in 2024. We had 2 weeks to find a home in Flowood. She showed us many homes in that short time and help us find the perfect fit. She literally worked around the clock to help us find our home. She guided us through every detail as we were from outside the state and did not know the area. In only 18 months we needed to sell the house and relocate out of state. We knew that the house would not be on the market long because the house was in a great location, on a beautiful little pond and we were going to use Teresa again as our agent. Despite high interest rates, a buyers market, and the holiday season, Teresa gave it her all once again. Living out of state, Teresa became the care taker of our home during frigid weather, making sure pipes did not freeze, adjusting the thermostat when needed and looking after our home as if it were her own. After a showing by another agent, a bedspread was soiled and Teresa took care to launder it and return it back to the house before the next showing. These are just two examples of her attention to detail, work ethic and dedication to her clients. Throughout the selling process Teresa took care of every detail!!!! Inspectors are paid to point out even the most minor, ridiculous flaws, but Teresa quickly helped us solve every detail to the buyers satisfaction. As busy working, out of state sellers, Teresa kept us on track constantly. She made numerous calls, sometimes multiple calls in one day, remained positive throughout the process to ease our minds and constantly reassured us that everything was being taken care of. Teresa was awesome. We were moving to Brandon, MS from Tennessee, so we did not have as much time. She was patient. It was important to her that we got the house we wanted. She did not pressure us. We looked at a lot of houses. When we found the house we wanted, we were able to do most work over the phone or by email. That was convient. Thank you Teresa.
